Knowing how to clear your cache is a very important tool!

When you are updating your website or having updates done by us, it’s likely that you will not see the changes right away. This is because website browsers will “cache” a version of your website so that it loads quicker when you visit it.

Browser caching is helpful in many ways, but can be annoying when you are trying to check out changes to your website.

Should we ever message you saying website edits are complete but you don’t see it, kindly clear your cache and refresh the page a few times.

Here’s steps on how to clear your cache:

Safari on Mac:

  1. Hit “Command” + “Option” + “e” at the same time

  2. Refresh the page

Or

  1. Go to Develop from the menu bar at the top of your screen

  2. Click “Empty Caches”

  3. Refresh the page
